LavRange Blend:The Total Knock Out

I know you might be wondering what lavrange means:
its a word i cooked up for a blend i made using
lavender and orange EOs for insomnia.

If it where to be in the rings, there’s no
telling the damage it will do to INSOMNIA
I tried it myself and boy o boy, i slept so peacefully goshhh

It had this calming yet relaxing and fruity sweet scent, you get carried away.
The beautiful lady called me up the following day to tell me
how much she loved her new blend, that
she couldn’t remember the last time she slept so soundly.
She ordered a few more bottles and sent two of her friends my way.

Massage Beyond Pampering

Massage is perhaps one of the oldest healing traditions. Many cultures – including the Ancient Greeks, Egyptians, Chinese and Indians – were convinced of the therapeutic properties of massage and used it to treat a variety of ailments. It can be considered a holistic form of therapy as it works on all levels, bringing harmony to mind, body and spirit. The simple touch of a hand can ease stress or suffering.

Research over the past couple of years has found that massage therapy boosts immune function in women with breast cancer, improves symptoms in children with asthma, and increases grip strength in patients with carpal tunnel syndrome. Giving massages to the littlest patients, premature babies, helped in the crucial task of gaining weight. The benefits go beyond feelings of relaxation and wellness that people may recognize after a massage.

Physiological Benefits Of Massage.

During massage the amount of blood pumped to the heart is increased, which affects blood pressure. The flow in local arteries, veins and capillaries are improved and it temporarily reduces blood pressure, urine flow is increased and cellular metabolism is improved

Pain in the joints can be due to injury, inflammation or simply wear and tear.Massage reduces the pain and speeds up the healing process.

Massaging the chest, shoulders and back not only reduces tension but also improves breathing. It removes the congestion and respiratory sympyoms are improved.

During massage ,sweat is increased which helps the removal of toxins. This is a benefit that I love.

Nervous System.

Our nervous system helps to regulate all other systems of the body,so by calming with massage we are helping all the organs of the body to function more effectively.

Digestive System

Stress, long working hours and poor diet is bad for our digestive system. Symptoms like bloating, indigestion, and constipation are common these days. Massage improves the functions by helping to ease indigestion and flatulence. It can also be beneficial for constipation.

Lymphatic System

This is the most important system in our body as it helps to fight infections,so its imperative to have it function properly. Massage releases the congestion from the lymph nodes which in turn helps to improve our immune system.

We all know the problems tension in the muscles can cause, particularly in the neck and shoulders. Massage eases the spasms and tension enabling the taut muscles to work efficiently. It is good before and after sports to keep muscles in good shape and to help damage.

Pent up emotions can often lead to tense muscles so by relaxing them, massage helps to release any unexpressed emotions.

So go ahead and give it a try…..You wont be sorry you did.
